Back Office

Our team Back Office combines many areas of responsibility. These include looking after our retail partners, to enable them to do good business with good brands, as well as merchandise planning across all sales channels. Further tasks are managing brand presence on every sales floor and developing digital solutions to improve the shopping experience. So much responsibility calls for strong teamwork. Plus, state-of-the-art digital networking, including communication with the field sales force and IT. Because being fast paced is one of the drivers of our success. Sales Force

Our sales force team positions our products in the retail trade to boost sales and help maximize our partners' business. This lays the foundation for mutual success. Our 10 national and international showrooms are an ideal starting point for providing close support to our retail partners. But the sales force team also makes our vision of "rethinking shopping" a reality outside of the order phase. With regular visits to our B2B retail spaces and personal, on-site support for our partners, as well as modern digital tools that make it simpler than ever to manage reordering. The Digital Sales Team positions our brands for the e-commerce of tomorrow. It already ensures optimal online shopping and brand experience today. To provide our customers with the right product at the right time and to make the customer journey perfect at every online touchpoint, we are data-driven and work with state-of-the-art tools.
